Gobi Lajawab Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 100 gms Onion (Pyaj) finely sliced
  • 2 cloves crushed Garlic (Lasun)
  • 1 tsp fresh grated Ginger (Adrak)
  • 250 ml fresh and thick curd Curd (Dahi)
  • 500 gms Cauliflower (Phool gobi) florets
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirchi)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder (Dhania Powder)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Artificail Sweetner as per taste
How to make gobi lajawab:
