- 100 gms Onion (Pyaj) finely sliced

- 500 gms Cauliflower (Phool gobi) florets
- 2 tsp Oil
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirchi)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder (Dhania Powder)
- 1 tsp Salt
- Artificail Sweetner as per taste
