Ingredients:
250 gms boiled Arbi
1 green chilly slit
1 by Leaf
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 dried Red Chilly
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Sendha Namak (Rock Salt)
1 tblsp Oil
1 tblsp Chopped Green Coriander
How To Make Vrat Ke Arbi Masala :
- Cut the boiled arbi into small pieces and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add the bay leaf and cumin seeds. When they begin to sputter add dried red chilly and ajwain.
- Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, slit green chilly and salt. Mix well then add red chilly powder and immediately add the chopped arbi pieces. Mix well so that all the pieces are coated well.
- Add the garam masala and garnish with chopped green coriander.
