Fruit Kheer Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped Mixed Fruits
  • 4 1/4 cups full-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom (elaichi) powder
  • Some chopped Pista & Badam

How to make fruit kheer:

  1. Boil the milk in a deep pan on a high flame, which will take approx. 15 minutes or till it reduced to half
  2. Add the sugar , cardamom powder and dry fruits then mix very well.
  3.  Allow the mixture to cool completely.
  4. Once cooled, add the chopped fruits and mix well.
  5. Refrigerate for atleast 2 hours and serve chilled.
