Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped Mixed Fruits
- 4 1/4 cups full-fat milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom (elaichi) powder
- Some chopped Pista & Badam
How to make fruit kheer:
- Boil the milk in a deep pan on a high flame, which will take approx. 15 minutes or till it reduced to half
- Add the sugar , cardamom powder and dry fruits then mix very well.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely.
- Once cooled, add the chopped fruits and mix well.
- Refrigerate for atleast 2 hours and serve chilled.
