Ingredients:
- 3Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 Teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion and Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Pound Paneer
- 500ML Whipping Cream
- 1 Can Pasta Sauce
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 Teaspoon Salt(as per taste)
- 1 Teaspoon Shahi Paneer Masala(optional)
- A Pinch of Red Food Colour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Powder
How to make For Shahi Paneer :
- Add butter to the Kadai.
- Add cumin seeds to the butter and let it turn a little light brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and let it cook until the paste seperates from the butter and add bay leaves and keep stirring.
- Add onions and red bell pepper and stir until becomes smooth and light brown in color add salt red pepper powder, garam masala and shahi paneer masala.
- Then add the pasta sauce and whipping cream let it cook until it boils and add paneer to it
- Let it boil and garnish with chopped corriander.
