Ingredients:
- 2 cucumber chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 cup promegranade seeds
- chopped coriander 2 tablespoon
- chopped mint 1 tablespoon
- 1/4 tsp cummin powder
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp roasted crushed ground nuts or cashew nuts
- chopped green chillies as per your choice
- salt to taste
How to make Shahi Raita :
- Beat the yoghurt in a big bowl and add salt, cummin powder and other ingredients.
- Serve chilled.
