Ingredients:
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup of pomegranate
- Pinch black salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ground sugar
- 1 pinch of powdered jeera /cumin seed
How to make pomegranate raita / anaar ka raita:
- Whisk the curd in a mixing bowl with a hand blender. Add salt, pepper and ground sugar.
- Add pomegranate, green chili and coriander leaves.
- Mix it well using the serving spoon and chill it.
- Garnish it coriander leaved and cumin powder.
