Ingredients:
- Small bitter gourds :1/4kg
- Onions : 3
- Whole red chillies:3-4
- Urad dal:1tsp
- Curry leaves:few
- Tamarind pulp:1tbsp
- Oil:4tbsp
How to make Stuffed Bittergourd Curry :
- Slit the bitter gourd.
- Mix the tamarind pulp in 2 cups of water and boil the whole bittergours in this tamarind water untill they become soft.
- Fry urad dal and redchillies and keep aside. Now fry sliced onins and make the paste of fried red chillies , urad dal, and fried onions.
- Now remove seeds from bittergourd and stuff the grond masala in it. Take 3 tbsps of oil in a pan when it becomes hot add urad dal and curry leaves now add stuffed bittergourds and fry on both sides till they become crispy.
- Serve hot with rice
